Cassie is a trained Dental Assistant with over 20 years of experience. She has been working in the dental field since 2003. Cassie started her career in a private practice from 2003-2009 where she received her training as a dental assistant and in dental insurance. Cassie continued her career at the University of Missouri Kansas City at the Faculty Practice from 2009-2011 where she worked as a dental assistant and handled billing and insurance. Cassie joined our office in 2011.

Cassie is a great multi-tasker, she works in both our front and back office. She schedules appointments, plans treatment alongside Dr. Lillis, assists Dr. Lillis in treatment procedures, handles patients’ accounts and questions, and works closely with our referring offices coordinating treatment and complex cases.

In 2022 Cassie received the opportunity to become a certified trainer with Envista to train on dental software. On Cassies days off she travels to surrounding offices training on Dexis Imaging, OP3D CBCT machine, DTX Studios, and Invivo. She loves that she gets to share her dental knowledge with other offices.

When Cassie is not at work making patients smile, she enjoys spending time with her husband Briggs and her children. Briggs and Cassie have 2 beautiful kids Detriana and Roman. Her hobbies include: Reading, sewing, and crafting.
